Liability 

When using our website, you must be in compliance with all local laws at all times. All relevant taxes must be paid according to applicable law. You agree that PokeMeow Mart will not be held responsible for any damages or loss incurred. 

Delivery

Pokemeow Mart requires all payment methods to clear before delivering the order. . This may mean a delay in the delivery of your order until the payment(s) have cleared. 

Refunds 

Refunds are only available if the order has not been completed. Contact us if this pertains to you and you would like a refund.

Fraud Prevention

In the event a chargeback is initiated, we have the right and will use this right to collect all relevant data in order to dispute these claims.

Denying Service

We maintain the right to deny service at any point. Refunds will be properly processed if payment was received before denying the service.

Order Details

You are solely responsible for providing the necessary payment details for an order. Failure to provide such information, either by accident or with intent, will result in the cancellation of the order(s). 

Changes

We maintain the right to edit any and all parts of Pokemeow Mart's terms of service at all times. You are responsible for reviewing the agreement before each transaction. 

Account Wipes/Bans

Pokemeow Mart is not liable or responsible for any bans or account wipes users may incur while playing Pokemeow. 

Agreement

Using our services indicates an agreement to our terms of service in its entirety!
